Q. How can I change my password or email address?
A. Click the login button and then select the required option form the available list below the login section. If you are already logged in you need to click logout and then login to see the options.

Q. What if my country, region, type or style is not included in the drop down menus?
A. Select the nearest to start with and e-mail your problem to us at site mail We will update accordingly and you can edit your selections.

Q. What if I need to change my address or other information in my profile?
A. You will need to log-in and from the Menu select ‘Edit Your Details’ – select and change the required field and click the update button.

Q. How can I print flyers and business cards?
A. Flyers and business cards can easily be printed by accessing the Artist Menu and selecting ‘Print Publicity’ – all your registered details are automatically entered and all you need to do is select the print options.

Q. What if I forget my flyer find ID?
A. Your flyer find ID can be found on any flyers or business cards you print out and is also shown on your profile page. You will only need this to allow others to view your profile.

Q. I am having problems uploading a photo or sound clip.
A. The photos and sound clips need to be in the correct format, that’s MP3 for sound and JPEG for photos, and not exceeding the maximum size of 500KB. Photos can be trimmed and enhanced by any photo editor and our suggested CD rippers and MP3 converter programs are listed in the help menu on the ‘Upload A Sound File’ page.

Q. How do people contact me to make bookings?
A. This depends on the information you have registered and therefore what shows up on your profile i.e. address, telephone, fax, mobile, e-mail. All details can be edited at any time by selecting ‘Edit Your Details’ from the Menu.
