Willie Evans
Willie Evans is a DJ and manager of Evangeline, the next UK country band to make it huge in the USA (see FlyerID EVA1242). Also a musician and songwriter in his own right, Willie contributes to the writing of Evangeline's songs. The download available here - "03/03/02" - is Willie's tribute to Harlan Howard, who died on that date.
