The Saucy Flapdragons
The Saucy Flapdragons are a six piece functions and party band based in Sussex. We play all your favourite songs from the 60s, 70s, and 80s and we take it as a personal insult if the dance floor isn’t packed. After our last gig, the organiser called us “the best live band around”, which was nice.
We play both kinds of music- rhythm and blues, with the aim in each gig of trying to give the drummer a heart attack. But don’t worry, he’s fully insured and we always carry a mobile oxygen tent and spare drummer.
In our quest to bring sweetness and joy to all, we don’t mind travelling- we’ve performed in Scotland, Yorkshire and Ireland amongst other places, although most of our bookings are in the south east of England.
