Alexandra Boanas - Soprano and Wedding Singer
Alex is a soprano soloist for concerts, recitals, guest appearances, weddings and other occasions. She also teaches singing privately, and in local schools.
Alex graduated from the University of Hull with a Masters Degree in Music Performance specialising in singing. Whist at University she studied in Leeds with Margaret McDonald and then with Sarah Rhodes whom she continues her vocal studies today.
Theatre roles include: Jenny Lind, Barnum, Josephine, H.M.S Pinafore, Aline, The Sorcerer, Belinda, Dido and Aneas, Dido, Dido and Aneas, The Fairy Queen, Iolanthe, Rose Maybud, Ruddigore, Rosie, Sweet Charity, Jan and Cha Cha,
Grease.
Oratorio credits include: Mozart’s Mass in C, Prikofiev’s Alexander Nevsky, Orff’s, Carmina Burana, Alex has also performed as guest artist for a number of musical organisations including Hull Male Voice Choir and Hull Arterian Singers.

This exceptional vocal duo is in great demand and is available to perform for Corporate Functions, Wedding Services and Receptions, Concerts, Luxury Cruise Liners, Recitals, Private Parties and as After Dinner Entertainment.
Amoré! has available their own piano and pianist who can perform popular piano solos. They are also well rehearsed in performing with their own orchestral backing tracks.
Their extensive repertoire covers Broadway & West End Musical Theatre, Popular Opera, Classical Songs, Wedding Favourites and Christmas Classics.

Lesley Mckay
Lesley is an accomplished soprano available for concerts, recitals and weddings. Lesley graduated from St Martins college with an honours degree in Performing Arts (Music) During university Lesley sang with the Cecilia Choir giving concerts in and around the local area and travelling to sing in Notra Dame Cathedral Paris. During this time Lesley undertook vocal studies with Hilary Jackson in Leeds. Theatre roles include Yum Yum (Mikado) Mabel (Pirates of Penzance) Svetlana (Chess) Lesley is a regular on the Hull concert platform recently as guest artist for the Hull Male voice choir and the Hull Ladies Musical Union.
