livewire - a whole lotta AC/DC
Livewire AC/DC are a tribute to Bon Scott, Brian Johnson, Angus Young and the music and power of AC/DC.
They've been touring the national tribute circuit as the U.K.'s foremost AC/DC tribute for five years. The band have developed a tremendous following and have two singers in the line up. LIVE/WIRE are a SIX MAN TRIBUTE to both eras of AC/DC - able to recreate authentically the look and sound of either Bon (John) or Brian (Billy) on Vocals, with "Angaz" as the frenzied schoolboy duckwalking and headbanging his way through all the classics old and new. The band have been commissioned to record two AC/DC tribute albums, and have also tributed AC/DC on compilation albums on release worldwide. Livewire have a reputation as an act who entertain audiences but who obviously enjoy the show themselves.

The band recreate the on-stage energy and dynamics of Fleetwood Mac in the "Rumours"-era, from classics like "Don't Stop" and "The Chain", through less well-known material such as "Blue Letter" and "Over My Head", to showstoppers like "Rhiannon", "I'm So Afraid" and "Gold Dust Woman". The material has been painstakingly researched, arrangements and performance details drawn from a large collection of unreleased live audio and video recordings, and the band's equipment has been carefully chosen to recreate the trademark Fleetwood Mac sound.
