They do not use pre-recorded backings or midifiles, they actually play their instruments. Quite rare these days! Welcome to Staxx – A high energy, fun filled functions band from London and the South Coast of England.
Formed in 2005, they quickly established themselves as a popular name amongst event organisers. Equally at home playing funk, rock, reggae or soul, Staxx bring five decades of dancefloor fillers to life with exhilarating performances and impeccable musicianship.
The Staxx band is made up of ten professionally qualified musicians, who aim to provide maximum entertainment with minimum hassle. They provide all their own equipment, including PA and lighting, and the line-up includes a dedicated sound/lighting engineer to ensure things run smoothly.
Staxx offer two packages:
