The Arundo Trio was formed in 2008 and is made up of former students of the Royal Northern College of Music; Alexia Owens (Oboe), Juliet Davis (Clarinet), and Sarah Faulkner (Bassoon). The Arundo Trio is based in Manchester and all members of the trio now work as freelance musicians in various groups and orchestras including the Hallé, Manchester Camerata and Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra. The group work across the region and recent performances include providing music for the opening of an exhibition at Salford Art Gallery, an evening recital for St John's, Little Thornton and a lunchtime concert as part of the Didsbury Arts Festival. The Arundo Trio also provides live music for weddings, celebrations and corporate events.
